We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you both on your engagement and the news of your forthcoming Wedding. We are delighted that you are considering Salford Hall as a venue for your celebrations. Your Wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and it is our aim to ensure that you have many treasured memories of your special day.
Steeped in history and romance, Karma Salford Hall originally housed the monks of Evesham Abbey before becoming a manor house for the established Stanford family. Now a unique hotel with picturesque grounds, oak panelled rooms with mullioned windows and original fireplaces, it truly is the perfect setting for your special day. Wedding Days at Karma Salford Hall are based on an exclusive use basis, meaning that you get the hotel and grounds for you and your guests, making it an intimate experience for your day, with a private party for your evening reception.
The Bridal Suite which has a large canopied four-poster bed, is complimentary for your Wedding night. We also offer an additional 35 bedrooms for friends and family to stay over, at a negotiated bed and breakfast rate.
“We wanted to thank you and your exceptional staff for the way Karma Salford Hall played its part in our Wedding Day. Your staff are a credit to you, nothing was too much trouble. They were polite, professional and accommodating in all that was asked of them.”
“Thank you for making our wedding so special and for all the hard work and preparation before and during the day. We had a fabulous day with everything going to plan. We really cannot thank you enough!”
Our wedding suites have been approved by the local authority as being suitable for the staging of Wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships. The booking of the Registrar must be done in person with the Warwickshire Registration services; we advise doing this as soon as possible. Registrar fees are not included in any of our packages; we are unable to book registrars on your behalf.
If you have decided on a Civil Ceremony then you and your fiancée should contact the Superintendent of Registrars at Warwick Registry Office. We have four rooms that are licensed. The Stanford Room for 80 guests, the Regent Room which, combined with the Arden Room can seat a maximum of 80 guests. The Conservatory for 60 provides an unusual venue and finally the atmospheric Hawkesbury for the small intimate wedding.
The Marquee. For larger weddings, up to 130 guests for a sit down breakfast, or 300 for a standing buffet.
The Stanford Room. Classic oak panelling, mullioned windows and an open fireplace, this room is delightful and suitable for up to 100 guests.
The Regent Room. Beautifully decorated with oak panelling and chandeliers to reflect its past history. Suitable for a maximum of 100 guests. This room is fully air-conditioned with natural daylight from beautiful mullioned windows.
The Hawkesbury Room. A unique room, part of the original building which dates back to 1470 and represents the Tudor manor. Perfect for more intimate weddings for up to 16 guests.
We feel this is the best way of experiencing Salford Hall. It includes the use of all the public rooms and gardens, 34 bedrooms that sleep a maximum of 66 guests and full English breakfast the following morning.

“We just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work and the kindness and helpfulness of staff at our Wedding. Thank you for your flexibility and effort. One of the reasons we chose Salford Hall as our Wedding venue (aside from how beautiful it is!) was that we didn’t feel like we were dealing with a Wedding factory, instead you listened to our needs and requests and we were able to give our Wedding the personal touch we desired. Every single one of our guests commented on the venue and how lovely it was and having exclusivity added to the relaxed flow of the day. Thank you for arranging the television in the marquee for the video, another example of you going the extra mile and it really did make the difference to our special day. Throughout the Wedding planning process and on the day, with any of our queries you always came back with a positive response and a smile which we really were and are very thankful for. For anyone who asks, we can’t recommend Salford Hall more, thank you again and I sure we will be back for any future anniversaries, or if were just feeling nostalgic”
