Directions by Road

Take junction 6 from the M54 onto A5223 to Ironbridge, Follow the A5223 for approximately 4 miles round various roundabouts until you go down a steep bendy hill, through some traffic lights. Approximately one mile further at the mini roundabout turn right, The Valley Hotel is 50 yards up a slight hill on the left hand side.

"If you want 100% attention to detail, excellent food, staff who go above and beyond and a beautiful venue surrounded by gorgeous views then the Best Western Valley Hotel is simply perfect. We had the best day ever! The staff were so patient and helpful helping us to plan. I never realised how much they get involved to make sure everything is perfect on the day. I felt clueless when I started planning but the lovely Lisa & Emily made it all so much easier and encouraged us to keep in touch regularly and responded to any queries quickly. It made the build up to the day less stressful because I had complete faith in them to make our day exactly how we wanted it. From the minute I checked in the night before I was treated like a princess! On the day all the staff were amazing and many of our guests were overwhelmed by the service and friendliness of the staff. I lost count how many times I was told how great the staff were and how much they enjoyed the food. Lots of guests told us it was the best wedding that they've ever been to and that's thanks to the excellent food, friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous surroundings. I can't find one fault at all and would definitely recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble for them and we are extremely lucky that we picked such a perfect venue".

"Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect. We married with the wedding package in November 2013. It was excellent and had everything other than a few trimmings we needed to have a special day. From the planning stage through to the ceremony and reception the staff at the Valley Hotel went out of their way to ensure we had the day we wanted. Communication and replies were swift and polite. Every query was met with an answer from obliging staff. On the big day itself Emily ensured that everything went smoothly and was an excellent toastmaster. The staff were efficient and very obliging during the reception and a lot of our guests said it was the best wedding meal they ever had. We were amazed at how quickly the room was turned round into the restaurant again although we never felt rushed. The evening buffet was everything we hoped for. Top class food and an excellent disco that played the kind of music we wanted ensured everyone enjoyed themselves. The bridal suite was clean and the decor excellent and the breakfast the following morning was delicious. All in all if you are looking for a wedding venue we would highly recommend the Valley Hotel especially if you use the Wedding package".
