YOUR PERFECT WEDDING
We understand that everyone’s idea of a perfect wedding is different, so we’ve kept our wedding package completely flexible, allowing you to tell us exactly how you’d like it to be.

Intimate or lavish, traditional or unexpected, we want to help you have the wedding day of your dreams. If you’re not sure where to begin, our guideline package is there to get you started. But a guideline is exactly what is - feel free to add to it, change it or even ignore it completely and design your own perfect day.

We can arrange a wide variety of optional extras to enhance your celebrations, including live music, such as a saxophonist, a string quartet or a band. Or perhaps you’d like a chocolate fountain, a candy table or even a quick-on-the-draw caricaturist? Whatever you’d like, we’ll try to arrange it.

The most popular addition to our wedding package is our DJ-with-a-difference, Rob Falcon, who will have your guests smiling from the moment they arrive. A genuine people person, his good-natured humour will keep your daytime celebrations flowing along with no awkward pauses and his boundless energy and enthusiasm will keep your party buzzing long into the evening.

WEDDING SUITES
Whether you’d like an intimate celebration for family and close friends or a lavish fairy-tale wedding, we have two stunning wedding suites for you to choose from: The Barton Suite and The Grange Room.

Both our function suites make impressive settings for a wedding celebration, meticulously dressed to match your choice of colour scheme. Each has its own private bar and garden and if you’d like to exchange your vows here at Barton Grange, both are licensed for civil ceremonies, civil partnership ceremonies and renewal of vows.

Whichever you choose, we’re sure we can help you have the wedding you’ve always dreamt of.

THE BARTON SUITE
Bright and airy, The Barton Suite is the larger of our two function rooms and is fully air-conditioned with its own private entrance, foyer and cloakroom facilities. It benefits from plenty of natural daylight and also has adjustable mood lighting to ensure the perfect ambience at all times.

The Barton Suite can seat from 70 guests for your Wedding Breakfast and up to 250 guests for the evening party. If your wedding is smaller than this, you can still take advantage of the suite, with the use of flexible screens, the room can be cleverly adjusted to create the perfect fit for any size of party.

The Barton Suite has its own bar and opens onto a private balcony which allows your guests to enjoy a breath of fresh air without the need to wander too far from the party. The suite is fitted with a PA system and if you and your guests would like to dance the night away, its dance floor can be made larger or smaller, depending on your requirements.

Step outside and you’ll find the Barton Suite’s best kept secret: a charming secret garden for the exclusive use of you and your guests. It’s a lovely setting for arrival or post ceremony drinks and makes a perfect backdrop for those all-important photographs that will capture the precious memories of your Big Day forever.

THE GRANGE ROOM
The Grange Room is the more intimate of our two function suites and when lit by candlelight it can be transformed into an extremely romantic setting. It’s ideal for receptions of between 30 and 70 guests and for much smaller parties we can seat everyone around one large oval table. For evening parties the room will easily take over 100.

Fully air conditioned, The Grange Room is a very flexible room with ingenious folding opaque glass room dividers. These enable it to be divided and transformed in a variety of ways to best suit your requirements and your number of guests. Once the party gets going the doors and windows can be opened to allow your guests to spread themselves easily between here and your private bar and lounge, complete with its baby grand piano.

And should any of your guests need a break from the party atmosphere, the hotel’s quieter, oak-panelled lounge is situated on the other side of The Grange Room.

Licensed for civil ceremonies, civil partnerships and the renewal of vows, The Grange Room can be stunningly dressed to seat up to 70 guests. It has its own private garden, perfect for mingling with your guests in the sunshine, to enjoy arrival or post ceremony drinks. And it makes a charming backdrop for those all-important photographs that will capture the precious memories of your Big Day forever.

Accommodation

Our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind and are well equipped to suit both business and leisure guests. All our beds come with comfortable mattress toppers, plump pillows and top-quality bed linen and every room has stylish en-suite facilities.

However long or short your stay, whether it’s for business or pleasure, we want you to be as comfortable as possible. Our 4 star family owned hotel has 51 bedrooms: 43 in the main hotel building and a further 8 in the Garden House. Rooms are priced according to size, from cosy singles and standard doubles to more spacious kings and twins. Make your visit extra special and stay in one of our 6 Executive rooms, which have each been individually designed and decorated.

Travelling with children needn’t be a problem as our larger rooms can easily accommodate two adults and up to four youngsters. And for guests with restricted mobility, we offer a specially designed wheelchair-accessible room, as well as rooms with en-suite wet-room shower facilities.
To help you enjoy the best night’s sleep possible, all our beds have comfortable mattress toppers, plump pillows and top-quality bed linen. And when morning comes, breakfast (both full English or Continental) can be enjoyed in the restaurant or in your room should you prefer.
All our rooms have superb, modern en-suite facilities as well as satellite TV, free hi-speed Wi-Fi, an iron and board, a safe, a well-stocked mini-bar and a complimentary hospitality tray. Our guests also have exclusive use of the hotel’s leisure facilities during their stay.
