Civil ceremonies can be held in the on-site banqueting suites, with room for 2 - 360 guests. Four function rooms provide elegant spaces for dinner and dancing. 88 rooms, all comfortably furnished mean guests don’t have to hit the road after the last dance. Meanwhile our spa facilities provide the ideal opportunity to refresh prior or post the celebrations.

Our helpful and friendly team understand how much there is to do when arranging the perfect day and we’re on hand to ensure organising your reception is as easy as possible.

We are proud to be able to offer guests a variety of rooms for them to use as part of their wedding celebrations, depending on how large your party is going to be.

Our Sauvignon Suite overlooks a pleasant garden area and has its own private bar, ideal for 50 to 120 people. The Pinotage Suite is an airy room with a large dance floor seating from 80 to 180. The Wine Cellar is perfect for a small pre-wedding dinner with your family for up to 30. The Merlot Suite is big enough for a sit-down dinner for 350.

We also have a team of dedicated coordinators who have a great deal of experience in planning and executing the perfect wedding. To help you with the finer details of your wedding celebration, we can also recommend suppliers of fresh flowers to excellent photographers.

Our 88 bedrooms include eight family rooms, all available at preferential rates for your guests, and an Executive double bedroom reserved for the happy couple as part of your wedding package.

You and all of your guests can make use of the spa and leisure club. So book yourself in for a pre-wedding beauty session or settle those nerves with a relaxing aromatherapy massage.

THE SAUVIGNON SUITE

Overlooking the hotel gardens, with outside patio area for guests to enjoy, and providing spacious reception and private bar facilities. The sauvignon suite has good natural daylight and full disabled access. Stylish decor and furnishings make this room an idea choice. The suit can accommodate up to 110 guests for a sit down meal and 140 for an evening reception.

MERLOT SUITE

A contemporary choice for guests requiring a larger event room. Tastefully decorated with Majestic mirrors create a modern and stylish feel and is completely self contained. Located on the ground floor with direct disabled access. The merlot suit can accommodate up to 300 for a sit down meal and 400 for an evening wedding reception.

PINOTAGE SUITE

A more traditional feeling function room with spacious reception and bar area and feature stained glass window. Located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, fully self contained and lots of natural daylight. This suite will accommodate up to 160 for a sit down meal and 180 for evening wedding reception

THE WINE CELLAR

For an intimate wedding celebration our wonderful wine cellar is the perfect room. Accommodating up to 30 guests, ideal also for a post or pre wedding celebration.
